You are one of my favourite all time cards in Magic. In Time Spiral block constructed you made a splash here and there. You even made it to some sideboards in Modern. You used to be in my first iteration of my Peasant Cube. I used to love you in that Cube. You were a card people never took into account. Not when casting an Animate Dead, not when casting a removal spell, not when trying to race me. I was a Magic obsessed teenager (turned a Magic obsessed middle aged man by now), and I loved everything Time Spiral block. Prime Magic to me, even all those forgotten cards that didn’t see (much) play. I love finding homes for them, for you, like in my Peasant Cube back in the day. 

But times have changed, time has caught up with you. You’ve left my Peasant Cube quite some time ago. And there are days that this makes me sad. But luckily, for those cards I really love, I always find a place where they belong. And I’ve found yours, in my cost reduction emblem Cube: Alles-2. 

One mana. That is what you need to be in this day and age. A one mana trick, a one mana reusable graveyard interaction, a one mana Kor Skyfisher. But also a one mana 3 power evasive threat. You are so good in this Cube, so, so good. And where in my Peasant Cube people would miss you, let me tell you, in Alles-2 people don’t miss you. I’ve lost multiple times to you already in this Cube, and I love it.
